A graduate of Cal Poly, Pomona with a B.S. degree in marketing, Cheryl Russell’s professional experience includes a life-changing solo journey around the world in 1980/81. 

Upon her return, she established a successful travel consulting business for ten years based solely upon referrals prompted by keynote speaking, newsletters and teaching travel classes.

Leveraging her 15 years in community service, she became a non-profit development director in Orange County establishing herself as an innovative thinker utilizing 25 years of experience in marketing, sales and communications.   In addition to her fundraising success, she initiated team building activities with management and staff earning the title of Chief Morale Officer at Orange County Human Relations.

As an author and consultant to other self-publishers, she has authored four books in addition to producing and directing a documentary and several videos.  A snapshot of her professional experience includes:
